Completed -
The DNS provider migration is complete and verification has passed. Service availability, controller connectivity, and integrations have all been confirmed as operating normally across production cloud stacks.
As a precaution, we will continue monitoring for the next 48 hours while any remaining cached DNS information held by external providers and networks expires. No further impact is anticipated, and no action is required.
If you encounter difficulty reaching services during this period, we recommend fully closing and reopening your browser or client application. If the issue persists, please contact support.
Thank you for your patience.

Verifying -
The DNS provider migration has been applied and records have propagated. We are now verifying service availability, controller connectivity, and integrations across all production cloud stacks.
Services are available and no impact has been observed. We will post a final update once verification is complete.

Update -
The DNS provider migration is now underway and the updated records are propagating across the internet. Services remain available and we are monitoring throughout.
Propagation may take some time to complete globally. If you find that services are unreachable during this period, we recommend fully closing and reopening your browser or client application before contacting support.
We will post a further update once propagation has completed and verification is finished.

In progress -
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled -
Acre Security will be migrating the DNS provider for our production environments beginning at 17:00 EDT on 24 August (21:00 UTC). Equivalent local start times are 14:00 PDT, 22:00 in Ireland, and 02:30 on 25 August in Mumbai.
This is an infrastructure change and no interruption to service is anticipated. Access to web and client applications, controller connectivity, and integrations are all expected to remain available throughout.
Because DNS changes propagate across the internet gradually, a small number of users may briefly continue to reach cached network information after the change. Should you find that services are unreachable shortly after the maintenance window, we recommend fully closing and reopening your browser or client application before contacting support.
In the unlikely event of an issue during propagation, users may temporarily experience one or more of the following: inability to reach services by web or client, controllers showing as offline, or interruption to integrations such as directory synchronization. Any such impact would be temporary and we will post updates here.
We will confirm on this page once the migration is complete and verified.
